Hiking
Enjoy a hike with views of Klamath County that include beautiful mountaintops with expansive lake views, lush valleys, and serene meadows. Find local trails right outside of town or take a short drive to hike the trails at Moore Park that offer stunning views of the Klamath Basin and Upper Klamath Lake.

Birding
The Klamath Basin is renowned for its diversity of bird life due to its distinct habitats including marshes, open water, coniferous forest, Juniper woodlands, oak-chaparral, sagebrush-grasslands, grassy meadows and rocky cliffs. Crater Lake National Park
During the summer, all roads are open in Crater Lake National Park, allowing visitors full access to the spectacular views throughout the whole park. Summer days at Crater Lake offer the opportunity to enjoy the views or go hiking or biking, take a boat and trolley tour, or enjoy a picnicking or a ranger-led program. Biking
Enjoy beautiful views and a new adventure. Klamath County offers an abundance of biking trails, including everything from road routes to mountain biking trails. Bike rentals are available on an hourly or daily basis from Cerulean Hotel.

Kayaking
