|Devon Ross |
Hometown: Aurora, OR
Devon comes to Cerulean Hotel with over 19 years of experience in the hospitality
industry. He obtained his Associate's Degree in Business and Hospitality Management
from Western Business College in Portland, Oregon. He has worked in a variety of roles
throughout the industry including; front desk, banquet manager, director of the front desk,
housekeeping manager, sales manager, assistant manager, and now general manager of
Cerulean Hotel. He enjoys working for an independent non-chain hotel in such an
enjoyable community. Devon is currently serving on the Klamath Falls Downtown
Advisory Board and is involved with community activities such as Scarecrow Row and
the Snowflake Festival. In his free, time he enjoys spending time with friends and family
and watching sports. One thing people may not know about Devon is that he has performed
as an Elvis impersonator for crowds as large as 600 people.

Director of Operations
Hometown: Myrtle Creek, OR
Dan comes to Cerulean Hotel with over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts/Restaurant in Hotel Hospitality
Management. He has served in the US Army for four years as well as the US Army Reserve
for two years. He has worked in a variety of roles throughout hotels including; assistant
banquet manager, banquet captain, director of housekeeping, catering sales manager,
event sales manager and is now the current Director of Operations. Dan enjoys the work and
personal life balance the company provides as well as the opportunity to grow and gain
new skills. In his free time, Dan enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with his wife
and kids. A fun fact about Dan is that he has been to nine different countries and has lived
in three foreign countries.
Hometown: Oxnard, CA
Brenda recently graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology with her Bachelor
of Science in Business Management and Marketing. Her passion in sales landed her a job
with Cerulean Hotel right out of college. She loves that she is surrounded by a
great group of individuals that support one another. Her hobbies include snowmobiling,
kayaking, cross stitching and most recently, painting.
